Nomination Oscar 2024: tutti i film candidati

Anche quest’anno può ufficialmente iniziare il countdown per la notte più attesa da parte di tutta l’industria cinematografica e di tutti gli appassionati di cinema: manca sempre meno, infatti, alla consegna degli Academy Awards 2024, i premi cinematografici più prestigiosi e antichi al mondo!

Come ogni anno, i premi verranno conferiti dall’Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) durante la cerimonia che avrà luogo il prossimo 10 marzo al Dolby Theatre di Ovation Hollywood a Los Angeles. Dopo il successo delle edizioni del 2017, 2018 e 2023, anche quest’anno per la conduzione del celebre evento è stato scelto Jimmy Kimmel, famoso conduttore tv, comico, attore e produttore statunitense.

Martedì 23 gennaio sono stati annunciati tutti i film, le attrici, gli attori, i registi e gli altri professionisti candidati alla vittoria. Dopo un primo sguardo, possiamo dire che, nonostante alcune conferme, anche quest’anno non sono mancate sorprese e colpi di scena!

Tra i titoli con più nomination, troviamo in testa Oppenheimer di Christopher Nolan, con ben 13 candidature, seguito da Poor Things! di Yorgos Lanthimos e Killers of the Flower Moon di Martin Scorsese, con rispettivamente 11 e 10 nomination. Sono otto, invece, le candidature per Barbie di Greta Gerwig, che si posiziona quindi al quarto posto tra i film con più nomination. A seguire, troviamo Maestro, la pellicola diretta e interpretata da Bradley Cooper su Leonard Bernstein, con 7 nomination, e The Holdovers, con 5 candidature. 

     

 

Oltre ai titoli appena menzionati, nella categoria Miglior Film troviamo anche American Fiction di Cord Jefferson, Anatomy of a fall di Justine Triet, Past Lives di Celine Song e The Zone of Interest di Martin Amis. 

Ma non è tutto: questa 96a edizione dei premi Oscar regala all’Italia una grande soddisfazione! Tra i titoli candidati al Miglior Film Internazionale, troviamo Io Capitano di Matteo Garrone, che dovrà gareggiare per la vittoria con Perfect Days di Wim Wenders, Society of the Snow di Juan Antonio Bayona, The Teacher’s Lounge di İlker Çatak e The Zone of Interest di Martin Amis.
